This product driven piece of work is focussed on redefining the search and browse experience for IG traders.

  • Lots of client feedback around;

    • Complexity of digging out information

    • Difficulty of use and difficulty navigating

    • Complex browsing, and poor filtering options

  • Recognising the demand for a more advanced browsing, and having identified a sizeable gap between the offering of IG and it’s competitors, I, alongside my PM and Tech Lead recognised an opportunity to redefine the future of the IG experience.

  • Mobile first approach.

Japan Knock-outs

In direct response to a request from the Japanese Financial Authority, my team was challenged to introduce measures to improve success rates of Knockout customers in the Japanese market. Full details in the “Japan Knock-outs” case study.

  • KOs customers in Japan were losing money, IG was under pressure from the Japanese Financial Authority to introduce measures to improve customer success rates.

  • Uplift education content for KO’s, and introduce interactive learning tools, such as the trading simulator on the right.
